Yeah, all these entities that seek to entertain us, video games, movies, and the like, all have lost their way. Instead of trying to captivate an audience they want to enslave an audience. They don't think they work for your dollar, they believe they are pretty much entitled to it and will shove whatever programming down your throat they think they can.
I seek out entertainment. If they don't want to entertain, then they don't get my dollar. Capitalism; supply and demand. If people stop buying their bullshit, they'll have to stop making bullshit.
I'm pushing around 100 myself. I hated Zingo and Candyland so much that I bought games I would like so my 4yr old would forget about the boring ass games.
Sony makes the worst TVs when it comes to connectivity. You stick a USB flash in a Samsung and it will play anything, in a Sony Bravia the flash has to be between 4-8 gigs, formatted to fat32, and plays mp4 only... seriously, gtfo.
Sony have always been assholes with proprietor components and connectors. Every fucking camera used an SD card 10 years ago except them, yeah fuck their duo sticks at 5x the price for single use. Never touching another Sony product for the rest of my life.
