After you make a post, return to it and you can select your flair.

What OneTypoComment said. You see under your comment where it says "share save hide report block hide child comments".? That's where it is. "add flair"

no, you can add your own flair to your post AFTER you make it. It becomes an option you can change after your post goes live.
