Haven’t seen him in 3 years due to distance. He went to the hospital feeling bad, was tested and put on drugs and a ventilator for 3 weeks until he was dead.

How old was your cousin? I have heard that being put on ventilator is a death sentence. These monsters are doing this on purpose and they will get what they deserve eventually.
