Well boys it finally happened - my gf and I had vastly different political views but i thought it was working. We just didn't talk about politics. Until it turned out she was watching msm and was becoming emotionally stressed out about a bunch of TDS fake news and resulted in claiming I have tacit support for white supremacy since I voted for Trump. So yea, slept on it and we're breaking up tonight when I get off work.

No worries! Trust me, it's going to be tough. We were together 2 and a half years. I built myself up to doing it and thought I'd keep my cool but just burst into tears as soon as I approached her about it. 3 days later, it was like I was never in the relationship at all. When it's the right decision, it's the best thing in the world. Only you will know that, but if it was anything like my situation, which it sounds like it is in a way, then you're going to be sooooo much better off for it. Don't worry about how tough it will be. It's always tough. It's meant to be tough. The key thing is to remember why you're doing it and how you're going to bounce back after making the call. You've got this!
I know that's exactly how its going to go. I cried last night when she was going on about it... it should have happened right then and there.
Best method to get over her is when you are sad, focus on ALL the bad parts about her. Then think about the type of girl you want in the future.
