You'd have to imagine that the first few leaks are just to get the story out there and test the publics reception to the event, or at the minimum seed the idea.

I could honestly care less if Hunter is doing drugs and/or having sex (as long as it's not children/minors). But I do want something that is truthful into the actions of Joe Biden, other wise what is the relevance to the American public?

The story is already being stonewalled by many in the media, will it really gain traction to switch votes? The story will need to be framed differently to force the fake news to cover it.
