Add in my mother is going in next week for some surgery and she is a nervous wreck over it.

Edit: trying to keep their spirits up and having a rough time at work has been difficult for me. My spirits have been buoyed by all of your memes, positivity, and the love you show others.

So pedes, even if yall don't see this. Thanks, you help this NY pede fight harder and longer than what should be possible.

I prayed for your parents, Pede.

I think it's natural to be nervous over surgeries. The main thing is that they will get treated and their lives will be longer because of it. Stay strong. :)

Praying for you all. Worst part of this scamdemic is people being isolated in hospitals when they most need a hug.

And they need loved ones eyes and ears to communicate and advocate for the patient with the medical staff.

Prayer sent!!!

Plus, always remember that when you lose your ability to laugh, you lose your ability to think straight. It is the best medicine.

Have a free dose on me:

A man walks into a bar, and behind him he is dragging a fifteen-foot-long piece of anchor chain. As he is walking in, he asks the bartender “How Much for a beer?” The bartender replies”A dollar a mug.” The man says “I’ll take a mug, please.”

The bartender pulls a mug and hands it to the man, who downs it in one long draught and drops a dollar bill on the bar, and immediately walks out, dragging the fifteen-foot-length of anchor chain behind him, without another word.

The next day, The same man walks into The bar, and behind him he is still dragging a fifteen-foot-long piece of anchor chain. He immediately calls to the bartender “A mug of beer please!” And drops a dollar bill on the bar. As soon as the bartender places the mug in front of him, the man downs the mug and out the door he goes.

The next day the man Again walks into The bar, and behind him he is still dragging that fifteen-foot-long piece of anchor chain. He immediately calls to the bartender “A mug of beer please!” And drops a dollar bill on the bar. The bartender comes over with the mug and as the man reaches for it the bartender pulls it back and says, “Look buddy, I know it’s probably none of my business but I gotta know: why do you keep dragging that fifteen-foot-Long piece of anchor chain behind you?”

The man Drops a dollar on the bar and gives an”come on” gesture toward the mug, the bartender Hands him the beer, the man downs it and says,

“Well, it’s easier than pushing it in front of me.”

As a bonus no one in the family has information which will lead to the arrest and prosecution of one Hillary Clinton.

Thank you fren. Trying hard to not crack at work right now. Lots of stress, no outlets (the woman and I have to live miles apart due to bad financial situation. Only get to hear her voice at night for a few hours.)

So sorry. Stay strong at work, but when you get home allow yourself to get emotional or whatever. I listen to my favorite playlists and do my run or walk after work. I also pray during my run or walk just for a minute or so then continue with the exercise. Helps me stay centered. Trust me no rainbows without rain. The good times are very close.

I struggle to be the man worthy of following in my fathers footsteps, but I'm going to keep moving forward. Even if I have to crawl.
