There needs to be provisos to the principle of the 'fruit of the poisonous tree' that says if something is mathematically verified or scientifically verified as true, we must accept it. By science it has to be proven by math, chemistry or physics---it can't be this fake 'metaanalysis' or statistical analysis bullshit. I would say when it comes to math, it must be a math proof not a statistics argument.
