Cuz she is the one that is trying or has passed laws in California that a woman who takes consensual dealings with their superiors should not be arrested or have demeaning insults thrown at her. Also the law states that prostitutes shouldn't be arrested. And there is also a belief that she herself slept her way to the top. Idk how true that info is tho. But I do know that because of the laws she is trying to pass tells me she might have.
