So I decided to do the equivalent: baking soda. Baking soda weighs 2.2 grams per cubic centimeter. Therefore, a liter of baking soda weighs 2,200 grams. That’s 2.2 kilos! Now if we assume baking soda and cocaine have a similar density per volume, which I doubt it’s exact but I imagine it’s within the neighborhood, a liter of cocaine would be 2.2 kilos of cocaine.
Now as for the cost. Low level low volume dealers according to this website, (https://www.statista.com/chart/18527/cocaine-retail-steet-prices-in-selected-countries/) suggests in the United States, cost of coke per gram is 96 dollars. Which seems very high to me (haha) but that would mean that a liter of coke would cost over $211,000!!! If buying wholesale, the cost is dramatically reduced, according to this website (https://www.unodc.org/pdf/WDR_2006/wdr2006_chap5_cocaine.pdf) cost of cocaine per kilogram is around 23,000 dollars, therefore 2.2kg would be around 55,000 dollars in cost.
