The hardest part is to coordinate everything with "hoooomeeee of the braaaaaaaaaaaave" because if you miss it by even 10 seconds it won't seem right. You gotta know exactly when to turn in, and doing all of this in formation with multiple aircraft is a bit of a logistical nightmare.
With respect to training, one of these events is worth 10 fake "training exercises" because there is real consequences if it gets fucked up. Not life or death but you get embarrassed and you embarrass your entire unit so there's immense pressure to get it exactly right.
