Seems fake and makes no sense. It's too late to change the candidate on ballots and votes have already been cast.

Agree that this is fake and too good to be true...

As for changing the candidate, remember that we are voting for electors who will vote on our behalf in the electoral college. Those electors are pledging to vote for the candidate on the ballot, but have no obligation to do so. See "Faithless Electors".
