Could be a cyber squatter.

Absolutely could be. Interesting nonetheless.

I did a Google search for WhoisGuard, Inc. and I believe it is a cyber squatter. Not really interesting. The squatter is kind of a speculator. It hoped the DNC would switch Hillary for Biden and that it could cash in on the domain by selling it to the DNC for a premium.

OR it was purchased to LOOK that way, without being obvious. Like I said, "interdasting".

WhoisGuard isn't a speculator. It's a service for masking the owner of a domain. It's useful if you want to maintain your privacy. I think it is operated by NameCheap but it may be independent.

That doesn't implicate Whoisguard in cyber squatting, rather it demonstrates it is working to protect privacy. The lawsuits are filed against WhoisGuard because someone registered a similar name; that was the only target they had.

According to this, you’re correct

I usually am ;)

That's entirely possible. I strongly support privacy, however. It's one of the things that helps prevent doxing and harassment of sites just like this one.
