Sadly no - I honestly don't recall where I found it (not being secretive - I honestly don't remember). I haven't really experimented a hell of a lot with Adobe products much but I've been searching for (preferably FREE) software and/or online DIY sites to superimposed animated gif's on top of one another, NOT still image onto an animated gif which looks like shit. I have a carpe donktum level imagination, just not either the technical expertise or the CASH to buy the outrageously expensive video-rendering software.

humblebundle.com has this pack going for 30 bucks you get like 2k worth of software... https://www.humblebundle.com/software/be-a-creative-superhero?hmb_source=navbar&hmb_medium=product_tile&hmb_campaign=tile_index_2

Thanks for the extremely helpful and informative feedback - been out manually chopping up a tree stump, so away for some time. Will check these out as have been foaming at the MOUTH to do some ABOVE average stuff - I use (online) ezgif constantly to embed text and/or still images on gif's; phraseit.net to add text/thought bubble/balloons, lunapic is a nifty 'animation' gif site to render animation to still images (like say water droplet effect, 'flames' in background, making a 4-sided cube out of still-image collage, etc). Gimp is so-so but a bit rudimentary.
