I think it will be even bigger this time. People I would have never imagined would go Trump are diehard this time. Many of them did not vote for him in 2016.
Certainly I have more faith in MI because of Whitmer, but I have heard about WI supreme court striking down some of the egregious crap pretty early on. So IDK, the citizens there probably haven't suffered under tyranny as bad as MI.
