Canadian wanting to move to the US. How do you feel?

I am a fed up Canadian wanting to move to the US. I love Canada but I want more freedom, we are over regulated and over taxed here and it’s getting worse and worse. I am fed up with our current immigration system that’s overwhelmed and screwed up our housing market, average house price is 600,000 in Canada now WTF. I know you guys have to be careful on your immigration numbers too but what is your thoughts on taking in Canadians? It’s nearly IMPOSSIBLE for us to move there and become permanent residents. Thanks for reading eh.

Have several Canadians in my area and they are fine, it's hard to do it legally but worth it.
