When I was getting my CCW way back they had a journalist come and interview us. Everything was leading "why do you feel the need to be able to shoot someone at any time" "what about a gun makes you feel so much safer than anyone else" "if you had to shoot a kid to save yourself would you". So bad the cop who was running the class told her to leave and that no one should engage her. Of course her article was "no comment" and slanted against gun owners.
But, you know the worst part, the city I was in perpetually ranked top 10 or top 20 dangerous cities in the US and had regular DAYTIME shootings in our Walmart. My friend worked at a movie theatre and twice was pistol whipped midday asking folks blatantly jumping the ropes without tickets to leave. I fell asleep to gunshot. Why the hell wouldn't I want a gun in that scenario...
Screw phony journalists trying to push a narrative.
I don’t own a gun. A visitor from Britain once asked me how I can sleep with so many gun nuts in my state. I told him I sleep great, because the burglars don’t know whether or not I’m one of the gun nuts.
Vice or Vox or one of those faggot sites did a short video about the Active Self Protection YouTube channel a while back, and half of it is talking about users posting violent or insidious things in the comments, which I've never even seen and I've watched probably hundreds of those videos.
ASP is incredible and I highly recommend y'all check him out. I checked out about a year ago because I started getting tired of seeing death and misery so often. I feel it takes from your humanity and starves the soul. It's to educate, not masturbate.
He's definitely done a lot to convince me to take my personal defense a lot more seriously, and I'm sure he's done the same for many others as well, but of course, the video bends over backwards to create some negatives to focus on instead. He also does great breakdowns of police encounters.
When they come with an agenda in mind, that’s not discussion, that’s propaganda

You should reconsider before Biden's black shirts come burn down a block near you.
I know someone (before they got lost in a boating accident) that sleeps with a rifle on one side of the bed and a shot gun on the other.
I'd feel nakid with only that - nothing better than sleeping those two and a loaded .40 cal underneath each pillow.
Damn boating accidents though
I sleep great because I'm one of the gun nuts.
The credit card debt doesn't keep you up at night? How do you do it? Jk
Ever notice that the term "gun nut" never seems to include the people commiting crimes with them?
KEK!
How does being unarmed make you more safe than someone with a gun??
I was thinking the exact same thing!!
*pulls out pistol
