I was browsing r/PoliticalDiscussion yesterday and my mind exploded.
There were people saying that Trump is so corrupt that he won't take part in the hearings. They said that the Republicans wouldn't call any witnesses "out of spite and disrespect to Schiff".
They had either convinced themselves, or were attempting to convince others that the reason it was so openly and blatantly one sided... is because the Republicans "wouldn't participate because it would give Schiff a chance to ask the Republican's witnesses questions".
Hopefully when the dems try to fight Nunes’ loophole that will allow Republicans to have their own witnesses, this will be exposed. Without a doubt the media will cover this story and attempt to make Shift look ‘resilient’. But it will just expose how unfair this entire sham has been instead.
I don't know about you guys, but kind of looking forward to this going to the Senate, then they will expose Biden and more. They will have to look into the reason Trump was asking about these allegations.
And why does running for President omit you from corruption investigations?
This is nothing more than a long ass smear. They will "decide" at the end of all of this horse shit that it's not in the "interest of the American public".
Assuming Mitch isn't in on it? I don't trust that mother fucker one ounce. It should never have gone this far, going any further is just raping our constitution even more thoroughly.
cant the secretary of state or the VP or president himself overrule this guy? why not just fire him. both the SOS and President have discretion to straight fire any ambassador

Meanwhile no one is disputing Biden forced them to fire a prosecutor AND his son who had zero skills got millions.
Also, Ukraine got aid, including military aid, and hadn't started an investigation.
