I've seen a number of posts referencing the the state's AG in response to possible fraud
But the first call you should make is to your county clerk / clerk recorder or similar. Then above any county level elected official is the Secretary of State for your state. These are the decision makers running our elections
Go register to work with or volunteer for elections. And in states with mail ballots keep in mind that there is an explicit window in which ballots may be opened, processed, counted et cetera.
It doesn't help to "watch the polls" or watch the workers on only the night of an election, the results must be verified from beginning to end of the process.
