Women don't want them, because they want strong, confident men to protect and provide. Men don't want them, because they prefer the company of guys they know will have their back. The State doesn't want them, because weak men often don't earn much tax revenue nor are they willing to enlist. That's the funny part. Any state that wants weak men is a state infected with bad actors seeking to destroy that state.
