In the Reddit Marketing / advertiser package they let it slip that on Reddit our upvote / subscriber ratio has been reduced to display 15% of actual.

That fact is also old news, I don’t know how it hasn’t been more widely disseminated.

So, 6-7x the stated number of subscribers. In T_D's case that would be about 5 million.

I reached a similar conclusion comparing posts on T_D to posts on Bernie Sanders' sub. As I wrote on Reddit:

> RES stops automatically loading pages at page 40.

>Sort by new. On T_D, the last thread on page 40 is 16 hours old.

>The next busiest candidate's sub is Bernie Sanders's. The first 17-hour-old post on that sub is two-thirds of the way down the third page.

>So we have 15x the activity they do, simply measured by number of non-deleted threads. (40/2.66666 = 15).

They have 336240 members, so that should equate to 336240 * 15 = 5+ million members of T_D.

Now some of those Bernie subscribers are stale regs from people who signed on for the 2016 election, so the ratio between that sub and this one is likely even higher.
