Might not be the most popular opinion, but here goes. Keep in mind that it isn't called psychological warfare for nothing. You are telling her her reality isn't real. Not everyone can handle it. Don't try to force your "beliefs" on her if she "shuts down" when you do, it IS scary shit. (I mean, when would it ever be ok to force your beliefs on someone) I'm in the same situation, she actually told me as much about 10 years ago (always been into conspiracies). I get the frustration, but I won't sacrifice her mental state for it.
