I happen to be French citizen living in the UK.

If someone points out to me that French people are literally invading South Kensington area and act like it's their home and do whatever they please while not caring about pissing off British lads for doing so, my response is usually:

• yes, you are right, I agree with you, this is not acceptable and shouldn't happen, and this kind of entitled behaviour is absolutely a trait that some French people have a strong tendency of exhibiting, unfortunately, and it understandably irritates many locals, and if ever French get violently kicked out from the area at some point, I will approve

Not:

• how dare you bunch me in with these people, you anti-French bigot? just because I'm French means I'm careless and disrespectful, is that what you say?
