they asked for it to be refiled and mandated that it be expedited immediately up to the Supreme Court. Soon as Trump Campaign rewrites it and submits, they are skipping lower court and its right back to these 3 judges.

One of the judges already theorizing in the judgement to dismiss about what kind of audit they will need to address the evidence they say.
