If its 100 ballots from district x that were late (if this is knowable) and distric x is 85% dem and 15% repub then you could assume late votes wede higher than that dem so a more than fair compromise is to drop 85 Biden and 15 trump for every 100 late ballots from that district

We gotta stop this bullshit about potentially not counting a few legal ballots that are a fraction od the ones suggested would disencranchise voters. Every illegal vote disenfranchises voters so what we are looking for is to disenfranchise the least possible voters in the most nonpartial way. Counting all illegal votes disencranches the most possible voters (relative to proposed alternative) in the most partisan way.
