Don't know how the tip came off about the server but if his post is correct and it came from the overstock guy then I would guess because of this... From what I heard/read the overstock guy and his team had already been working on/studying the dominion machines for the last 18 months. They already had a lot of this stuff figured out and started forwarding all their material to the lawyers once shit started hitting the fan with this election. Guessing they figured out some time in the past that there was a connection to a server in Germany.
