Behavioral Realm is just a way of describing the figurative place in which we are all confined as physical, volitional (in this case human) beings. It's the place of action.

The questions in this realm are not questions of fact, but questions of morality. It's when we aren't asking "what is this?" and are instead asking "what should I do?"

I appreciate your counter and see it's merit, but I'm not sure how to move forward toward a concrete acceptance of one view over the other (which came first, the truth or reality?)

Our understanding of truth comes through our interactions with reality, so it seems to me that it is very difficult to know whether the truth exists outside of our specific reality, or if the truth is just our way of understanding our specific reality.

I'm also not sure it matters. It seems that truth and reality might be as time and space, actually one thing instead of a seeming two.

And, that which is truly metaphysical might be ineffable by definition.
