He won't concede until the very last moment. We know the "big guy" has experience in covering up his involvement in fraudulent activities. When the fraud is proven in court, he'll "condemn" the bad actors that can be shown as involved. He will be suspected, but never definitively proven to be involved (unless someone major flips on him).

In the grander scheme, he CAN'T concede. He has to protect the narrative that the right is destroying our country. If the highest level of leadership is "aware" of the fraud, then that would be enough to flip a significant amount of moderates. So it has to be the nobodies. I wish we could get them all, but I think it's unrealistic.
