Edit: it’s not a press release, it’s an internal email to all PA senators asking them to sing on as cosponsors to the resolution. That was my confusion, sorry.

This is a press release saying a resolution with 4 cosponsors (or rather, four lead sponsors, or authors, I’m not familiar with the terminology of the Commonwealth of PA) will be filed soon. In my state, resolutions are unceremoniously passed before almost every legislative session, usually recognizing a kid making Eagle Scout or a couple celebrating 70 years of marriage or whatever. Are resolutions different in PA? What is going to happen from here?
