Too bad it's not considered obscene under current law and court case precedent. The only ways I can see being able to actually ban sexual propaganda here is to amend our obscenity laws or to amend the Constitution to state that non-heteronormative sexual propaganda isn't protected speech.

Declaring such sexual propaganda to be "indecent" might work under our current laws.
