Alito then could order them to do their constitutional duty and nominate one elector to send to congress which under equal protection clause would force all 49 remaining states to do the same. Anyone who thinks the Supreme Court won’t do this should just shut the hell up and see. Like it’s in your hands now. Really? Your involvement ended on November 3rd. Now we support the President and his allies. President Trump will handle this. He’s still the President. Why is that so hard to understand?
