Yeah it was in the days leading up to the 2016 election. Any programmer knows that each vote should be an integer value (0, 1, 2, 3, etc.), not decimals. The only reason anyone would make them a double/decimal value would be to cheat. It's so obvious.

I've posted here about exactly this. I can't believe they've done it... it's so obvious. Anyone who has taken an introduction to programming course could understand it. There's simply no reason for data on a PERSON to be counted in decimal format. You would never count 1.5 persons, just like you would never count 1.5 cars, or 1.5 dogs. There is simply no way to explain the code storing votes as decimals that doesn't involve fraud.
