For instance, as DJT said this morning on Maria Bartiromo's show; getting to SCOTUS is fough, bc they don't have to take the case. The WIN&WIN doesn't have this problem. Same for DJT mentioned he wants/wanted to do one big legal case, but his lawyers told him he didn't have "standing". The WIN&WIN plan doesn't have this problem either. As well as many other aspects.

Time is a commodity in short supply, which is why we need to move faster, the more help people can get it through the noise the better.
