Sooooo.... they didn't get the ruling they wanted in Georgia, then magically the servers "crash" ie. ( some one put in a phone call and ordered the crash). so now they have to send in techs anyway. so the same dickheads that put in a phone call to shut down the servers are now going to tell you ( with a straight face) that the only way to fix this is onsite tech?
