Aren't the undersea cables mirrored? US to GER, bam! 24hr capture. I don't see potus waking up to being shafted the morning after and thinking to himself "oh gee, I better let the mirrored packets expire and see what happens with this election" but that's just my opinion. I also doubt there's anything incriminating in those packets but it looks bad for election integrity no matter what's in the packets; even if all they have are logs.
