Not worthless at all. This is information warfare.

Both side know what the other is doing and has planned to do. It is a giant game of chicken.

President Trump knew long in advance about the democrat plans to steal the election, and has his own plans to defeat them using military tribunals, etc.

The democrats knew about the Presidents plans, but plan to use the MSM propaganda to cover up their steal, paint him as a dictator, and try to foment civil unrest. That is all the "color revolution" crap, and so on.

The litigation was always a long shot. None of it really matters until the SCOTUS case. Think of it more as PR and information warfare to wake up the normies at this point. Calls for the President to use the Insurrection Act are part of all of that.

The President has many advantages. He won in a landslide, the voter and election fraud is blatant and obvious, and the military tribunals would work well to put an end to the deep state agents in the government, MSM and big tech once and for all. The challenge for him is to do all of that without the normies thinking he is setting himself up as a dictator.
