This is where a competent AG would be filing criminal charges against these cops and the governor for criminal violation of civil rights. This is where the AG would sent a cease and desist letter to the state over illegal arrests.

This is also where we should have a President who speaks out against the police and encourages them to do the right thing. This is where we should have a President on the phone with his AG to see what can be done. This is where the President should cut funding for NY given the violations of the rights of its residents. We never have this. We never have executive action yet the left uses it constantly.
