We need open platform immunity, but Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc have all shown they are not mature enough to handle that public trust so they need to be stripped. Keep immunity for other open platforms that aren't going to curate based on politics, personal beliefs, or bribes.

Section 230 could even remain but the current tech giants need to be stripped of it permanently. Sites like this one and thousands of others should be left alone. Anything that is the public square with hundreds of millions of users should be held to a higher standard. Anything of that size and influence should be mandated to have zero foreign investors or foreign government influence too.

Give immunity to other open platforms that aren't going to curate based on politics, personal beliefs, or bribes.

The platforms that are given immunity should have zero interest or involvement with any foreign government, or any business connected to any foreign government. ZERO foreign investors allowed!
