I did this in another reply, but maybe by making it a post, we can all examine it and see if we can datamine it.

(Huge note here: He's not signed into OneDrive, which means this file is shared to the public with only an authkey protecting it. This is NOT a locally uploaded file, because to do that, you have to sign into Office. In this screenshot, he is viewing ballot data that has been shared in a very, very unsafe way. Proof of this could be if the initials of the people in the column didn't match, or any of the data in the screen didn't match the location in which he was viewing it.)
