Political corruption does not get solved because good cops fear retribution themselves, as everyone knows what happens to those that uncover white collar crime, they get run out of town or become victims of street crimes by blacks hired out by jurisdictions to do their dirty work.

Metro-Detroit is more Romania or Albania, than America. Mind your own business and you get to earn and live another day. It is why people stay in their finished basements after work, being outside risks seeing something or someone saying you were seen doing something yourself. Cold people, for good reasons.
