I had to buy a new TV a few months ago. I haven't bought a new TV since 2013, so I really didn't know what to shop for other than size and price. I got a 50-in Philips at Walmart for like $300. Great. When I got it setup I saw it had Chromecast with Google TV. I started fucking around with it and was amazed! Love it. Love it so much I went and got the new $50 Chromecast with Google TV stick for my main TV.

Before this I was using Roku sticks on my edge TVs and using Xbox One for the main TV. I'm not sure how advanced Roku has become since my most recent Roku is four years old.

I hate those Google bastards more than anyone, but that TV tech is some whiz-bang shit!
