At the risk of getting beaten down. Running the same stack of ballots isn't necessarily fraudulent. It can be due to an error, the problem is if the procedure for removing those votes that did get counted isn't followed before re-scanning the stack. I'm not saying this isn't straight up fraud (I'm actually sure it is) I'm just saying we need to confirm the procedure wasn't followed so we can defend our accusations from the debooonkers. -edited for those with reading comprehension problems.
