Looks like a head-on collision. Is there a fence between the lanes? I see some vertical poles every 10-12' but I can't tell what they are.

Edit: Yes there is a divider. What I can see is undamaged. I don't see someone entering the wrong way during heavy traffic. Curioser and curioser.
