I am 100% fine and supportive of as many people voluntarily getting this vaccine as possible. Do it. Then we can study how people react to the vaccine and gauge its safety.

I am in NC’s phase 1A of the vaccine distribution. They’re trying to vaccinate us likely by January 1. All I WILL say is that if they make it mandatory, you will see a mass exodus from healthcare like you’ve never seen before. Out of the ~200 or so staff I’ve asked at my SNFs and hospital I work at, literally only 2 so far have said they’d take it. Well over 100 said they’d quit if it’s mandated.
