Enhanced respiratory precautions: they are combining contact, droplet, and airborne protections into one. Face shield is to protect from droplets. I am supposed to wear goggles/glasses underneath my face shield with a N95, gloves, and gown at my hospital. RN on a covid intercare floor. During morning huddle my managers mask isn't covering her nose half the time and she never wears her goggles because they "fog up when I'm talking." What the hell do you think happens when I put all this PPE on and go in a patients room. Can't see shit. So pathetic
