I believe this is also where she "forgot" the USB drive in the tabulator, left for the MKE county building with the other USB drives, realized she left a drive behind (breaking chain of custody), called over to the counting room to have staff look for the missing drive, and had a police officer transport the missing drive over to the county building.

Either she did indeed forget it (because she was nervous that a news crew was filming her as she carried out her election fraud), or it was an intentional act to break the chain of custody.
