I understand, and that is largely what the link does, if you read it. The FBI gets narrowed down to it's core function of dealing with kidnappings, investigating corrupt officials, and a high-tech crime lab/detective toolkit which is more like TV shows crime labs, that the vast majory of US cities and jurisdictions don't have CSI type setups or expertise. Everything else gets moved out or removed entirely. So FBI won't issue warrants, that's the US Marshals job. Espionage is out. Foreign soil is out. etc.

This same process allows for cleaning up all those other agencies and departments; all the swamps, all the corruption, budgets, etc. But the FBI is a key problem bc they are tasked with investigating corrupt officials.

Example: Years ago, my local DMV stole my money; and the local FIB office wouldn't investigate; but a few years later, another FBI office got wind, bc this DMV was selling IDs to foreign nationals (aka possible terrorists) and the DMV got busted bigtime.

Example: This June my mom was kidnapped/abducted without warrant or papers by threat of breaking and entering home, and threat of arrest, by a small army; by 2 Dectives, 2 Sgts, 9+ Deputies and others (incl one officer who's whole job was to stand in the neighbors frontyard with a video camera like CNN at Roger Stones); and mom was held for 17 days, tortured/starved/thirsted withOUT judge/papers/etc; held as a political prisoner. Physically, looked like a Holocaust victum with sunken eyes, lost 15 lbs, etc. And once again, the local FIB office doesn't even want to do anything, bc they're on a first name basis with those whom are the criminals in this matter from many local government agencies full of corrupt and commies.

Under the method of getting rid of the FIB rather than cleaning it up; who takes that call to investigate the kidnappings & local corrupt offiicials including the $oros DA/attys, etc. We can call it some other agency under the DOJ, like the Bureau of Investigations again, but it still is effectively the same thing as a cleaned up and slimmed down FBI.
