The theory was that when Tucker appeared to come out against Sidney, then Trump's team put ut a statement seperating their legal efforts from Sidney's - that Tucker was vindicated.
But since then it's Tucker who's specifically been called out as not being on "our side".
Could still be classic Trump being a nimble navigator, but it does suggest to me that Tucker was on the wrong side of the argument.
