Oh please, it's got nothing to do with 3 letter agencies. These are both 'network effect' companies that have a natural monopoly. And they have 3 asks of congress. (1) keep the 230 immunity in place; (2) let us continue to illegally leverage our monopoly - no anti-trust please!; and (3) keep the US patent system weak - so we can adopt any (better, faster, cheaper) technology and keep our monopoly. Selling data to the government, is just another customer, it's what they do. Watch what they do with Parlor. They will cut the 230 deal, when they can use their capital position to survive and kill off parlor.
