color of law abuse. selective enforcement...and if its a misdemeanor, how can they give you probation for over one year, which would make it a felony? thay are trying to scare you. there is some pretty good advice on here, probably better than any public pretender..can they prove that she didnt call you names first and "hurt your feelings"?
