At the bare basics... Biden's globalist neoliberalism is bad for the whole world.

Him putting Facebook and Google directors in charge of regulating big tech is fucking insane and would have a huge impact on the world and out of control wealth inequality.

Him putting a Raytheon director as secretary of state is also insane and could only be bad for the rest of the world. (Dems are officially the war party now)

And on top of that he's now making veiled threats about Irish unification and the Good Friday agreement after decades of normalcy. I'm guessing he'll be wanting to sell the IRA weapons too at this rate.
